Registration process
After we receive your registration we will send you an email with payment details and reserve a place for you at the class.
Please make the payment within 5 days of the email. If we don’t receive your payment then we will open up the place for another student.

Cancellations
If you cancel the class a refund will be given up to 2 weeks before the class.
After that time we cannot refund your fee – but you can transfer your place to someone else (you need to organise that yourself).

Wait listing
Sometimes we receive registrations for classes that are full, but the participants haven’t yet paid – in this case we will put you on a waiting list and if someone doesn’t pay their fee then we will offer you the place.

Materials
Check the class description to see what materials are provided or if you need to bring something – if you need help with what to buy just drop us an email here.

Children’s classes
We are offering children’s classes at the Craft Room from February 2017, the minimum age depends on the class so please check the details. Parents must stay with their children during the class – you can either craft with your child or relax in our lounge area. During children’s classes parents remain responsible for their children at all times. Children age 13+ can normally participate in our adult classes – please just ask – we can normally schedule individual classes at school-friendly times.

What to wear?
Some of our classes are messy! Especially things involving glue, pens and dyes. We recommend that you wear something old that you don’t mind getting dirty. If you need any special protective materials e.g. gloves for dying or a face mask for drilling then we will normally provide these – but please read the class instructions for details.
