Lace Knitting

Description

We will learn how to knit lace – knitted mesh work with patterns of holes and filled parts. Lace knits make beautiful shawls and scarves as well as decorative features on larger items like jumpers.

In this class we will knit a simple lace knitted cowl in DK weight yarn.

You need to bring:
100g ball of DK weight yarn – anything that says it will knit with 4mm needles will do. Please also bring a set of 4mm straight knitting needles.

Who is the class suitable for?
You need to be able to knit and purl for this class, but no other special skills are needed.

This is a 1:1 class – just you and the teacher.
