Hat Knitting

Description

This is a great project class for those who just learned to knit, as well as anyone who wants to learn how to knit in the round. We will use circular needles to make a simple beanie with no seams. Knitting in the round is a great way to make anything that is tubular – everything from jumper sleeves to jumper bodies, hats and socks can all be knitted in the round so that there are no seams.

You need to bring:
100g of DK weight yarn (anything that knits with a 4mm needle). We will provide a set of 4mm circular needles. If you prefer, this class could also be done with double pointed needles – just drop me a note if you’d prefer that to be sure we have the right needles in stock.

Who is the class suitable for?
You need to be able to knit and purl for this class, but no other skills are needed.

This is a 1:1 class – just you and the teacher.
